Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by our team.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If access to the property is not provided at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are provided upfront and agreed before service delivery.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Liability
